The room we got was a nice size and newly decorated with lovely rooftop views, everything was perfect. The food was great - a wide range of options. The hotel was placed in the central location close to everything you could possibly want to do in Rye. Also, a live music venue was a few steps away from here.

The staff were amiable and made my stay an excellant experience. Superior king room I stayed at was newly renovated with comfortable bed. Marvellous and gorgeous location near to Camber Sands and Rye, the centre of the town close to bars restaurants and all the sightseeing spots and the restaurants in the town, I felt safe. I checked out Lower Gardens, that was set relatively near the property.

Its staff were amicable. The room we had included a Juliet balcony and Wi-Fi. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and lovely with lots of nice food.

Delightful hotel in the middle of the city, spotlessly clean and newly renovated rooms. Marvellous and lovely location, around 10-15 minutes walk from an award-winning oceanarium. Set just off the coffee shop across the road, and shops and restaurants in the delightful area.
